About us

MEMANTA is a young-spirited conservation project that started in 2019. We are part of a remote village where egg collection has been part of the local economy ever since. That's why a big part of the job is collaborating with the local inhabitants. We own a big forested beachfront property which is home to lots of critters and birds. Every year we are looking for interns (with a background in biology, geography, or other environmental fields) to support us during the sea turtle nesting and hatching season which runs from July until January.
